INSTITUTO DE MAQUINARIA EL\u00c9CTRICA DE PEK\u00cdN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <em>South China Morning Post<\/em> revel\u00f3 el desarrollo de este \u201cmotor hipers\u00f3nico m\u00e1s potente del mundo\u201d, dise\u00f1ado por un equipo del Instituto de Maquinaria El\u00e9ctrica de Pek\u00edn, liderado por Zhang Yining. Si bien a\u00fan se sabe muy poco de este motor, seg\u00fan esta publicaci\u00f3n, funciona con el aire del exterior y el combustible del avi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se distingue por tener dos modos de funcionamiento: hasta Mach 7 opera mediante denotaci\u00f3n rotativa, un proceso que maximiza la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica mediante la creaci\u00f3n de una onda de choque que gira en una c\u00e1mara circular e inflama m\u00e1s combustible, y genera un empuje continuo y potente para el avi\u00f3n.&nbsp;Para velocidades m\u00e1s altas, el motor utiliza una t\u00e9cnica avanzada que promete estabilidad y rendimiento sin precedentes: la onda de choque se detiene y se concentra en una plataforma circular en la parte trasera del motor, manteniendo el empuje a trav\u00e9s de una detonaci\u00f3n oblicua, es decir, una explosi\u00f3n que se produce cuando el combustible se calienta por la alta velocidad del aire entrante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viajar a Mach 16 permitir\u00eda a los aviones cubrir grandes distancias en tiempos r\u00e9cord. Esto revolucionar\u00eda el transporte a\u00e9reo y acelerar\u00eda las cadenas de suministro mundiales.
