{"id":9499,"date":"2024-03-13T09:36:59","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T12:36:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.0.98\/?p=9499"},"modified":"2024-03-13T09:36:59","modified_gmt":"2024-03-13T12:36:59","slug":"intelsat-realiza-pruebas-de-conectividad-satelital-en-aviones-militares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/?p=9499","title":{"rendered":"INTELSAT realiza pruebas de conectividad satelital en aviones militares"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/C-130-Pilot-Flying-in-Cockpit-1024x681.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9500\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fuerza A\u00e9rea de los Estados Unidos (USAF)\u00a0otorg\u00f3 a\u00a0Intelsat, operador de una de las redes satelitales y terrestres integradas m\u00e1s grandes del mundo, el desarrollo y la prueba de sistemas de comunicaciones por sat\u00e9lite de \u00f3rbita m\u00faltiple (SATCOM) en varias aeronaves diferentes de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea<em>.\u00a0<\/em>El acuerdo cubre la conectividad de defensa experimental para aviones militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del programa\u00a0<em>Defense Experimentation Using Commercial Space Internet<\/em>\u00a0(DEUCSI), el acuerdo abordar\u00e1 la necesidad del gobierno de comunicaciones resilientes para las aeronaves, con la utilizaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples bandas y multi\u00f3rbitas con movilidad, sin problemas, entre \u00f3rbitas y en cualquier momento. El contrato es por un a\u00f1o y tiene un valor de 9 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta misi\u00f3n Intelsat utilizar\u00e1 la plataforma\u00a0<em>Resilient Multi-Orbit Airborne Module<\/em>\u00a0(ROAM) que la incorporar\u00e1 a las aeronaves seleccionadas utilizando diferentes bandas y constelaciones en m\u00faltiples \u00f3rbitas lo que permite a los operadores realizar con facilidad las pruebas de uso sin cambios importantes en la configuraci\u00f3n del <em>hardware<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>David Broadbent, presidente de Intelsat,\u00a0declar\u00f3 :&#8221;La oferta de Intelsat es \u00fanica porque tenemos una red virtual que admite una r\u00e1pida integraci\u00f3n, una mayor resiliencia y protecci\u00f3n, lo que es esencial para estas operaciones&#8221;. Y agreg\u00f3 que: &#8220;Esta red virtual se puede cambiar sobre la marcha y funciona tanto con equipos nuevos como tambi\u00e9n, con los sistemas existentes, lo que permite al usuario realizar cambios cr\u00edticos en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de la misi\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo de profesionales de Intelsat se centra en proporcionar comunicaciones sin fisuras y seguras basadas en sat\u00e9lite a clientes gubernamentales, ONG y privados, a trav\u00e9s de la red mundial de pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n. Al cerrar la brecha digital con las infraestructuras de conectividad y la flota de sat\u00e9lites m\u00e1s grandes y avanzadas del mundo, Intelsat permite a las personas y sus herramientas comunicarse sobre los oc\u00e9anos, ver a trav\u00e9s de los continentes y escuchar a trav\u00e9s de los cielos para cooperar y coexistir.
