La inversi\u00f3n para este proyecto es de 11 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En asociaci\u00f3n con la Junta de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Singapur (EDB), GE Aerospace introducir\u00e1 tecnolog\u00edas y procesos de vanguardia en las operaciones de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en Seletar Aerospace Park para satisfacer el aumento de la demanda de componentes al tiempo que mantiene la alta calidad. Una vez completadas, las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas tambi\u00e9n se aprovechar\u00e1n en dos plantas en el parque industrial de Louyang,&nbsp;Rep\u00fablica Popular China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las instalaciones de GE en Singapur fueron las primeras en el mundo en implementar una nueva tecnolog\u00eda de fabricaci\u00f3n aditivada para la reparaci\u00f3n de componentes de \u201caerodeslin\u00e1neo\u201d en motores comerciales a reacci\u00f3n. La Smart Factory ampliar\u00e1 estas tecnolog\u00edas y procesos centrados en los aerod\u00e1fonos de compresor de alta presi\u00f3n (HPC) para motores GEnx, seguidos de los motores CFM LEAP. As\u00ed mismo, los procesos se aprovechar\u00e1n para otros modelos de motores, incluidos CFM56 y CF34.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Russell Stokes, presidente y director ejecutivo de motores y servicios comerciales de GE Aerospace anunci\u00f3: &#8220;Nuestra inversi\u00f3n en Smart Factory representa el pr\u00f3ximo cap\u00edtulo de nuestra larga asociaci\u00f3n con la Junta de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de Singapur\u201d. Y agreg\u00f3 que: &#8220;Esta instalaci\u00f3n apoyar\u00e1 el objetivo econ\u00f3mico m\u00e1s amplio del gobierno de creaci\u00f3n de empleo al tiempo que llevar\u00e1 nuestra innovaci\u00f3n y competitividad en el mercado global de MRO a un nuevo nivel&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Smart Factory introducir\u00e1 tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas que incluyen: sistemas de inspecci\u00f3n automatizados; procesos innovadores de eliminaci\u00f3n de material, como el pulido rob\u00f3tico de perfil aerodet\u00e1n en forma de red, el mecanizado adaptativo y el reprofilado rob\u00f3tico de perfil. Tambi\u00e9n, la digitalizaci\u00f3n, incluido el Internet de la rob\u00f3tica, el almacenamiento en la nube y el an\u00e1lisis de datos para crear un entorno de producci\u00f3n altamente conectado e inteligente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La f\u00e1brica inteligente de GE Aerospace es un buen ejemplo de c\u00f3mo Singapur se est\u00e1 asociando con empresas aeroespaciales para impulsar el desarrollo y la introducci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas avanzadas de mantenimiento, reparaci\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n (MRO).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singapur es la planta m\u00e1s grande de GE Aerospace para el MRO de componentes del motor, que representa m\u00e1s del 60 por ciento de sus vol\u00famenes de reparaci\u00f3n globales y emplea a m\u00e1s de 2.000 personas en tres plantas.
