Se trata del segundo cohete de este tipo que lanza la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina (FAA), luego de la operaci\u00f3n exitosa del MET-1 SO \u201cEscorpio\u201d, el pasado 22 mayo, en el mismo predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/MIERCOLES-12-11-2025-53-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17574\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/MIERCOLES-12-11-2025-53-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/MIERCOLES-12-11-2025-53-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/MIERCOLES-12-11-2025-53-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/MIERCOLES-12-11-2025-53-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/MIERCOLES-12-11-2025-53-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los objetivos principales, se realiz\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n en vuelo de un tubo motor en su segundo ciclo de utilizaci\u00f3n \u2014bajo la premisa de recuperar para reducir costos\u2014, que incluy\u00f3 la verificaci\u00f3n de par\u00e1metros t\u00e9cnicos, sistemas de telemetr\u00eda, registros \u00f3pticos, trayectorias y predicci\u00f3n del punto de recuperaci\u00f3n del vector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto el dise\u00f1o de la carga \u00fatil como el desarrollo y la integraci\u00f3n de subsistemas fueron realizados por el&nbsp;Centro de Investigaciones Aplicadas (CIA), dependiente de la&nbsp;Direcci\u00f3n General de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (DGID) de la FAA. Por su parte, el&nbsp;\u00c1rea de Material R\u00edo IV fabric\u00f3 piezas bajo est\u00e1ndares aeroespaciales y el&nbsp;Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Tecnolog\u00edas Aeron\u00e1uticas construy\u00f3 un nuevo sistema de telemetr\u00eda, que permite observar, en tiempo real, la posici\u00f3n y el comportamiento del vector a lo largo de toda su trayectoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/JUEVES-13-11-2025-4-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/JUEVES-13-11-2025-4-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/JUEVES-13-11-2025-4-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/JUEVES-13-11-2025-4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/JUEVES-13-11-2025-4-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/JUEVES-13-11-2025-4-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ocurri\u00f3 con el primer ensayo, el&nbsp;Instituto de Investigaciones Cient\u00edficas y T\u00e9cnicas para la Defensa (CITEDEF) fue el responsable de la fabricaci\u00f3n del motor cohete, desarrollado en sus instalaciones, con soporte de insumos y componentes producidos por&nbsp;Fabricaciones Militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la presencia de las m\u00e1ximas autoridades de la FAA y del Estado Mayor Conjunto, se mont\u00f3 un dispositivo de b\u00fasqueda constituido por el sistema SIGINT del&nbsp;Centro de Guerra Electr\u00f3nica de la DGID;la aeronave Pucar\u00e1 F\u00e9nix del Centro de Ensayos en Vuelo y una aeronave no tripulada (UAV) \u201cBuho\u201d. Asimismo, la&nbsp;Armada Argentina provey\u00f3 los medios necesarios para las tareas de recuperaci\u00f3n sobre el mar, etapa posterior al lanzamiento del cohete. La&nbsp;Prefectura Naval Argentina&nbsp;delimit\u00f3 el \u00e1rea costera de operaci\u00f3n y se mantuvo en estado de alerta, para prestar apoyo en las actividades de b\u00fasqueda y salvamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1920\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1080 \/ 1920;\" width=\"1080\" controls src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/InShot_20251202_130011288.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En di\u00e1logo con <strong>aeroespacio<\/strong>, el director general de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo, brigadier Alejandro Gitlin, destac\u00f3 la importancia del lanzamiento, por ser el segundo de 2025. \u201cEstamos probando tecnolog\u00eda de recuperaci\u00f3n en el mar. Lo ocurrido hoy es un logro porque acondicionamos una vez m\u00e1s el lugar para que sea de uso dual: para la ciencia y para la FAA\u201d, explic\u00f3. Con respecto a los vectores experimentales, subray\u00f3 su car\u00e1cter \u201cexclusivamente cient\u00edfico, que apunta a la exploraci\u00f3n a futuro del espacio\u201d. Para finalizar, manifest\u00f3: \u201cEn cada ensayo el aprendizaje es grande: se ven las oportunidades de mejora, lo que no se midi\u00f3 o no pudo validarse, y los mecanismos que funcionaron bien\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la celebraci\u00f3n posterior al lanzamiento, el jefe del Estado Mayor General de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea, brigadier mayor Gustavo Javier Valverde, hizo referencia a la actividad espacial, a la que describi\u00f3 como \u201cintr\u00ednseca\u201d de la FAA: \u201cSi nos remontamos a la historia, al poco tiempo de creada nuestra instituci\u00f3n, empezamos a hacer las primeras operaciones en el espacio. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, nuestro personal se sigui\u00f3 capacitando, y as\u00ed llegamos al d\u00eda de hoy. La carrera espacial es algo que tiene un principio, pero no tiene techo, y hay que hacerla en forma sostenida, sin apuro, de a peque\u00f1os pasos, pero firmes\u201d, expres\u00f3. En su discurso, resalt\u00f3 el profesionalismo y el compromiso de las personas involucradas, desde el equipo de desarrollo y lanzamiento de la DGID, el personal de apoyo de la BAM Mar del Plata, hasta el EMCO y el Ministerio de Defensa. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\"
