La medida busca fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n de la fatiga y garantizar operaciones m\u00e1s seguras, en l\u00ednea con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"647\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/aero-1-1024x647.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17569\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/aero-1-1024x647.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/aero-1-300x190.jpg 300w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/aero-1-768x485.jpg 768w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/aero-1-1536x971.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/aero-1.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El decreto, publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial el 4 de junio de este a\u00f1o, fij\u00f3 nuevos par\u00e1metros operativos destinados a asegurar condiciones adecuadas de descanso y niveles \u00f3ptimos de alerta en las tripulaciones. La nueva resoluci\u00f3n de la ANAC introduce las adaptaciones dentro de las Regulaciones Argentinas de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (RAAC) para asegurar la plena coherencia con la normativa superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n incorpora una serie de directrices t\u00e9cnicas que, por primera vez, sistematizan criterios sobre los l\u00edmites de actividad, tiempos m\u00ednimos de descanso y responsabilidades tanto de las empresas como de cada miembro de la tripulaci\u00f3n. El objetivo es evitar interpretaciones dispares y garantizar una aplicaci\u00f3n homog\u00e9nea en toda la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta l\u00ednea, la ANAC aclara que cada tripulante deber\u00e1 evaluar su aptitud antes de presentarse a volar, mientras que las compa\u00f1\u00edas contin\u00faan siendo responsables de asegurar que las programaciones cumplan con los l\u00edmites operativos establecidos por el Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo Asociado a la Fatiga (FRMS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) que decidan implementar. En este sentido, las empresas tendr\u00e1n la posibilidad de desarrollarlo y deber\u00e1n presentarlo ante la autoridad aeron\u00e1utica bajo declaraci\u00f3n jurada y garantizar, como m\u00ednimo, el nivel de seguridad previsto en la normativa. Quienes no adopten un FRMS propio deber\u00e1n ajustarse \u00edntegramente al r\u00e9gimen general establecido en el decreto antes mencionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las directrices tambi\u00e9n incorporan definiciones alineadas a est\u00e1ndares internacionales para asegurar una interpretaci\u00f3n uniforme de la norma. Entre ellas, se especifica el concepto de \u201czona horaria de servicio\u201d, entendido como el \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica en la que la diferencia longitudinal entre el punto de partida y el de llegada no supera los 60 grados, criterio clave para evaluar la fatiga asociada a los cambios de horario en las operaciones a\u00e9reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se unifican t\u00e9rminos para evitar interpretaciones dispares. Se aclara que las referencias a \u201cper\u00edodo de vuelo\u201d y \u201cper\u00edodo de servicio de vuelo\u201d deben entenderse como \u201ctiempo de vuelo\u201d y \u201ctiempo de servicio de vuelo\u201d, respectivamente. Tambi\u00e9n se establece que las definiciones de \u201cguardia\u201d y \u201creserva\u201d seguir\u00e1n lo previsto en los manuales de operaciones de cada empresa, lo que garantiza coherencia con los procedimientos propios de cada operador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"484\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/5fa534a748508.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17570\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/5fa534a748508.jpeg 990w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/5fa534a748508-300x147.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/5fa534a748508-768x375.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Como complemento, la ANAC aprob\u00f3 un reglamento espec\u00edfico para los operadores de trabajo a\u00e9reo que decidan adoptar un FRMS. En \u00e9l, se establecen los requisitos m\u00ednimos que deber\u00e1n cumplir las empresas para garantizar niveles adecuados de seguridad y se consideran las particularidades de sus operaciones, muchas veces distintas a las del transporte a\u00e9reo comercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con la publicaci\u00f3n de esta resoluci\u00f3n, la ANAC consolida un marco regulatorio m\u00e1s moderno, claro y robusto, orientado a fortalecer la seguridad operacional y la eficiencia. La actualizaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de descanso y gesti\u00f3n de fatiga no solo acompa\u00f1a la tendencia internacional, sino que tambi\u00e9n mejora la previsibilidad para los operadores y
