Este helic\u00f3ptero, desarrollado a partir del modelo civil H160, ser\u00e1 el nuevo caballo de batalla de las Fuerzas Armadas francesas. Con una compra prevista de 169 unidades, el pa\u00eds busca reemplazar, con un solo modelo de aeronave, los cinco que est\u00e1n en servicio actualmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vuelo, a cargo del piloto de ensayos Samuel Chartier, se realiz\u00f3 con \u00e9xito y dio paso a la fase de ensayos. Airbus utilizar\u00e1 tres prototipos para evaluar distintas caracter\u00edsticas operativas: uno centrado en el rendimiento y las maniobras, otro para condiciones extremas de temperatura y altitud, y un tercero que se someter\u00e1 a pruebas en tierra. Las primeras evaluaciones, con armamento real, est\u00e1n previstas para 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruno Even, CEO de Airbus Helicopters, destac\u00f3: \u201cEstamos muy conformes con los resultados que el H160M hereda del H160 civil que, adem\u00e1s, eleva el est\u00e1ndar con nuevas capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas. La versi\u00f3n militar incorpora sensores de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n y sistemas de defensa propios, y estar\u00e1 preparada para operar en red con drones. Entre sus equipamientos avanzados, se incluyen el radar AirMaster C de tipo AESA; un sistema \u00f3ptico Euroflir 410 de Safran y el sistema modular de armamento HForce, compatible con diferentes configuraciones ofensivas, desde ametralladoras hasta misiles antibuque\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entrega de las primeras unidades operativas est\u00e1 prevista para fines de 2028. Airbus tambi\u00e9n ofrecer\u00e1 soporte log\u00edstico integral para garantizar alta disponibilidad operativa en los primeros diez a\u00f1os de servicio. Con este helic\u00f3ptero, Francia apuesta por un modelo \u00fanico, vers\u00e1til y moderno que simplifique la log\u00edstica, reduzca costos operativos y aumente la interoperabilidad entre sus distintas ramas militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de su misi\u00f3n local, el H160M Gu\u00e9pard abre una ventana al mercado internacional. Su dise\u00f1o adaptable, su tecnolog\u00eda integrada y su perfil multimisi\u00f3n lo convierten en un candidato fuerte para exportaciones a aliados estrat\u00e9gicos.
