Con la publicaci\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n 470\/2025 en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, el tr\u00e1mite obligatorio para pilotos y tripulaciones se integra al&nbsp;Casillero Aeron\u00e1utico Digital (CAD), que marca un cambio estructural en la gesti\u00f3n de datos aeron\u00e1uticos en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de esta decisi\u00f3n, los registros de horas de vuelo podr\u00e1n cargarse, firmarse y validarse de forma completamente&nbsp;<em>online<\/em>, sin necesidad de presentarse en oficinas regionales ni gestionar turnos. La medida no solo agiliza el proceso, tambi\u00e9n brinda mayor trazabilidad, respaldo legal y compatibilidad con est\u00e1ndares internacionales. Se trata de un nuevo paso en la transformaci\u00f3n digital que ANAC desarrolla en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, junto con la implementaci\u00f3n de licencias electr\u00f3nicas, el sistema SIGA y la digitalizaci\u00f3n del registro nacional de aeronaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida ser\u00e1 incorporada de manera escalonada:\u00a0a partir del 1 de septiembre de 2025\u00a0ser\u00e1 obligatoria para pilotos y tripulantes que operen bajo RAAC Parte 121 (transporte a\u00e9reo regular) y RAAC Parte 135 (transporte a\u00e9reo no regular). Desde el\u00a01 de noviembre de 2025\u00a0se incorporar\u00e1n operadores privados, empresas de trabajo a\u00e9reo y centros de instrucci\u00f3n de aeron\u00e1utica civil (RAAC Parte 91).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambia y por qu\u00e9 es importante? Hasta ahora, cada piloto deb\u00eda llevar su libro de vuelo en papel, solicitar turnos en ANAC para su foliado f\u00edsico, y certificar cada vuelo de forma manual. Esto generaba tiempos de espera, costos log\u00edsticos y, en muchos casos, dificultades por p\u00e9rdida o deterioro del documento. Con el nuevo sistema, todo el historial podr\u00e1 cargarse desde el perfil digital del piloto, con firma electr\u00f3nica y validez oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se podr\u00e1 exportar la informaci\u00f3n para tr\u00e1mites ante la autoridad aeron\u00e1utica, l\u00edneas a\u00e9reas o entidades como ANSES en el marco de certificaciones de servicio para jubilaciones o habilitaciones t\u00e9cnicas. El sistema permite tambi\u00e9n auditor\u00edas m\u00e1s eficientes y un control en tiempo real por parte del organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida impacta positivamente en todos los actores del sector: pilotos y tripulaciones con acceso remoto y permanente al historial, sin turnos ni tr\u00e1mites presenciales. Para las escuelas de vuelo, mejora la trazabilidad en la formaci\u00f3n de alumnos, con respaldo legal inmediato. En el caso de los aeroclubes y las aerol\u00edneas, habilita las consultas en l\u00ednea y la simplificaci\u00f3n en la evaluaci\u00f3n de perfiles t\u00e9cnicos. Y para ANAC, mejora la eficiencia administrativa, genera una menor carga operativa y ofrece la posibilidad de fiscalizaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizaciones como la Federaci\u00f3n Argentina de Aeroclubes (FADA) y el Colegio de T\u00e9cnicos Aeron\u00e1uticos celebraron la medida como \u201cuna modernizaci\u00f3n indispensable para profesionalizar la actividad y equiparar la regulaci\u00f3n argentina con la de pa\u00edses de Europa o Am\u00e9rica del Norte\u201d. \u201cLa digitalizaci\u00f3n no solo mejora la seguridad operacional, sino que tambi\u00e9n posiciona a
