En esta industria, aprender de forma continua es clave para alcanzar los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares\u201d, y agreg\u00f3 que: \u201cEstamos en el camino de ampliar nuestras capacidades para aplicar el conocimiento de manera efectiva y proteger vidas humanas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los principales avances se\u00f1alados en el CASO 2025, se destaca el eje \u201cCultura de seguridad\u201d, en el que se duplic\u00f3 el n\u00famero de empleados en el programa interno SMS Champions, que super\u00f3 los 1000 integrantes. Esta red promueve la comprensi\u00f3n del sistema de gesti\u00f3n de seguridad en f\u00e1bricas y equipos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, se fortaleci\u00f3 el canal de comunicaci\u00f3n \u201cs<em>peak up\u201d<\/em>, que permite a los trabajadores reportar, de forma confidencial, inquietudes sobre seguridad, calidad o cumplimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro de los ejes es la \u201cPr\u00e1ctica operativa\u201d, con el que la compa\u00f1\u00eda present\u00f3, ante la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Aviaci\u00f3n (FAA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), un paquete de medidas para atender las recomendaciones del panel de revisi\u00f3n del Congreso. Adem\u00e1s, se reforz\u00f3 la seguridad en el dise\u00f1o y la construcci\u00f3n, mediante pr\u00e1cticas de gesti\u00f3n de riesgos que aseguran la correcta traducci\u00f3n de los requisitos de ingenier\u00eda a la producci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que respecta al trabajo conjunto con la industria, m\u00e1s de 300 operadores de aerol\u00edneas participaron en la creaci\u00f3n de soluciones integradas a la seguridad a\u00e9rea global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que el fabricante organiz\u00f3 su tercera Conferencia Anual de Seguridad en Aviaci\u00f3n, con la participaci\u00f3n de alrededor de 300 expertos de todo el mundo. El encuentro sirvi\u00f3 como espacio de intercambio t\u00e9cnico y an\u00e1lisis colaborativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe, que puede consultarse en el sitio oficial de la empresa, forma parte de un compromiso institucional de largo plazo con la transparencia, la mejora continua y la recuperaci\u00f3n de la confianza del sector, tras los desaf\u00edos vividos en a\u00f1os
