{"id":11216,"date":"2024-09-12T09:24:25","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T12:24:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.0.98\/?p=11216"},"modified":"2024-09-12T09:24:25","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T12:24:25","slug":"la-fuerza-aerea-argentina-participo-en-un-simulacro-de-emergencia-nuclear","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/?p=11216","title":{"rendered":"La Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina partcip\u00f3 en un simulacro de emergencia nuclear"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En torno a la Central Nuclear de Embalse y como parte del Simulacro N. \u00b0 42, requerido por la Autoridad Regulatoria Nuclear (ARN) y por la Subsecretar\u00eda de Planeamiento y Coordinaci\u00f3n Ejecutiva en Emergencias, bajo coordinaci\u00f3n del Comando Operacional de las Fuerzas Armadas, la Fuerza A\u00e9rea Argentina (FAA) despleg\u00f3, el 6 de septiembre, su sistema de aeronaves no tripuladas (UAV, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) B\u00faho, de desarrollo propio. Este equipo tiene sensores especializados para detectar radiaciones y c\u00e1maras de alta resoluci\u00f3n que transmiten im\u00e1genes en tiempo real a trav\u00e9s de sat\u00e9lites nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/8f861d95-37af-41ce-80da-5e947f26ea82-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11221\" style=\"width:751px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El simulacro, al poner a prueba la tecnolog\u00eda y los procedimientos establecidos, tuvo como objetivo evaluar la capacidad de respuesta de la FAA ante una emergencia nuclear. Los ensayos de vuelo se centraron en monitorear \u00e1reas cercanas a la Central Nuclear de Embalse, lo que incluy\u00f3 la ciudad de La Cruz y zonas aleda\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un equipo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (DGID) de la FAA, junto con personal del Escuadr\u00f3n de Comunicaciones Operativas Centro (ECOC), se instal\u00f3 en el Aer\u00f3dromo La Cruz (C\u00f3rdoba) y realiz\u00f3 pruebas de vuelo con el UAV B\u00faho. El objetivo fue evaluar la capacidad del instrumento para transmitir datos y videos en tiempo real, y su alcance en diversas condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"11229\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_6880-1-1024x568.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11229\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El UAV B\u00faho cuenta con un alcance de vuelo que supera los 20 km y una autonom\u00eda de 45 minutos, lo que le permite cubrir una amplia zona de operaciones. Adem\u00e1s, est\u00e1 equipado con un dispositivo de monitoreo de radiaci\u00f3n, desarrollado por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda At\u00f3mica, que permite detectar niveles de radiaci\u00f3n al momento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para garantizar la seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n, el B\u00faho utiliza un sistema aut\u00f3nomo de encriptaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de datos, desarrollado por el Centro de Guerra Electr\u00f3nica de la DGID. Este sistema posibilita el establecimiento de comunicaciones seguras para el Comando y Control (C2) durante las misiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"11226\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_6882-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11226\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ejercicio de Aplicaci\u00f3n del Plan de Emergencias<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque las centrales nucleares operan con altos est\u00e1ndares de seguridad, como cualquier instalaci\u00f3n, deben contar con un plan de emergencia para mitigar posibles accidentes y minimizar el impacto en la salud y el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/5b45df5d-8579-464f-a4ed-c80585d6b3be-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11228\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Los planes de emergencia de estas centrales, aprobados por la ARN, detallan las acciones a seguir durante las fases de preparaci\u00f3n y respuesta. Para avalar su efectividad, se llevan a cabo ejercicios y simulacros anuales, alternando entre las diferentes centrales nucleares, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Nucleoel\u00e9ctrica Argentina S.A. (NA-SA), la ARN, las organizaciones de respuesta y las comunidades cercanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_6881-2-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11227\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos ejercicios permiten a las organizaciones de respuesta coordinarse y entrenarse en las tareas que deben desempe\u00f1ar en caso de emergencia.
