{"id":10847,"date":"2024-05-27T11:30:08","date_gmt":"2024-05-27T14:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.0.98\/?p=10847"},"modified":"2024-05-27T11:30:08","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T14:30:08","slug":"la-nave-espacial-de-vigilancia-y-prevision-meteorologica-solar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/?p=10847","title":{"rendered":"La nave espacial de vigilancia y previsi\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica solar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aeroespacio.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/VIGIL-spacecraft-copyright-Airbus-1024x724.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10848\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nave espacial meteorol\u00f3gica Vigil&nbsp;proporcionar\u00e1 una advertencia m\u00e1s precisa de las tormentas solares inminentes para ayudar a proteger los sat\u00e9lites en el espacio y la electr\u00f3nica de la Tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Agencia Espacial Europea (ESA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) seleccion\u00f3 al fabricante Airbus para dise\u00f1ar y construir el sat\u00e9lite de previsi\u00f3n meteorol\u00f3gica espacial, la primera misi\u00f3n operativa en el Programa de Seguridad Espacial (S2P) de Conciencia de la Situaci\u00f3n Espacial (SSA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) de la ESA. La aeronave dar\u00e1 una advertencia adicional vital a la Tierra sobre las tormentas solares entrantes y las eyecciones de masa coronal que potencialmente pueden interrumpir los sat\u00e9lites en \u00f3rbita y los sistemas electr\u00f3nicos y de distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en la Tierra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrick Wood, jefe de sistemas espaciales del Reino Unido, Airbus Defence and Space, dijo: &#8220;Vigil es una de las misiones m\u00e1s emocionantes e importantes que no solo mejorar\u00e1 nuestra comprensi\u00f3n del comportamiento del Sol, sino que, de manera crucial, nos proporcionar\u00e1, tempranamente, mayor precisi\u00f3n sobre el clima solar da\u00f1ino&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Andrew Griffith, ministro de espacio del Departamento de Ciencia, Innovaci\u00f3n y Tecnolog\u00eda, anunci\u00f3: &#8220;El clima espacial genera fen\u00f3menos impresionantes como las recientes exhibiciones de la aurora boreal sobre el cielo, pero tambi\u00e9n presenta un riesgo real para nuestra forma de vida que depende cada vez m\u00e1s de los servicios satelitales. Esta misi\u00f3n transformar\u00e1 la comprensi\u00f3n sobre el impacto de los eventos solares peligrosos. Felicito a Airbus por tomar la iniciativa en este importante evento&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vigil ser\u00e1 el primer sat\u00e9lite meteorol\u00f3gico operativo 24\/7 de Europa que proporcionar\u00e1 tiempo valioso para proteger las redes el\u00e9ctricas y las redes de comunicaciones m\u00f3viles en la Tierra, como tambi\u00e9n los de la&nbsp;&nbsp;\u00f3rbita terrestre incluida la Estaci\u00f3n Espacial Internacional (ISS). Ser\u00e1 localizada en el punto L5 de Lagrange, en la misma \u00f3rbita que la Tierra y a 150 millones de km detr\u00e1s mientras nuestro plantea orbita la estrella solar. Esto permitir\u00e1 ver el tama\u00f1o del sol y la velocidad del clima solar a medida que se dirige hacia la Tierra. Los datos informar\u00e1n con antelaci\u00f3n de cuatro a cinco d\u00edas los vientos solares que fluyen hacia nuestro planeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde su posici\u00f3n, Vigil complementar\u00e1 a los otros sat\u00e9lites de monitoreo solar pero desde un punto m\u00e1s cercano a la Tierra. Cabe mencionar que, entre los eventos m\u00e1s da\u00f1inos se encuentran las eyecciones de masa coronal (CME) del Sol, que consisten en un plasma magnetizado que contiene protones, electrones y otras part\u00edculas cargadas. En 1989, una gran tormenta geomagn\u00e9tica golpe\u00f3 a la Tierra y caus\u00f3 un corte de nueve horas de transmisi\u00f3n de electricidad en todo Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La advertencia anticipada de la CME permitir\u00e1 a las empresas de energ\u00eda y a las autoridades cerrar los sistemas de manera temporal para protegerlos de las subidas de tensi\u00f3n y garantizar que se puedan encender r\u00e1pidamente despu\u00e9s de que el peligro haya pasado. De esta manera, se evitar\u00e1n cortes de energ\u00eda prolongados y da\u00f1os a los sistemas electr\u00f3nicos utilizados para los servicios globales de posicionamiento y comunicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el programa de Airbus, Vigil se construir\u00e1 en el Reino Unido e incluir\u00e1 la utilizaci\u00f3n del laboratorio de investigaci\u00f3n naval, un generador de im\u00e1genes heliogr\u00e1ficas de Leonardo SpA, con sede en Florencia, y un generador de im\u00e1genes de campo fotomagnetosf\u00e9ricos del instituto Max Planck de Alemania. Adem\u00e1s, llevar\u00e1 un analizador de plasma del Laboratorio de Ciencias Espaciales Mullard en Londres y un magnet\u00f3metro del Imperial College de Londres. La NASA proporcionar\u00e1 un generador de im\u00e1genes ultravioleta extrema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estima que Vigil ser\u00e1 lanzada en 2031.
