Esta aeronave promete revolucionar la industria del sector gracias a su capacidad de vuelo de alta velocidad y una\u00a0aerodin\u00e1mica simple y segura para alcanzar un equilibrio entre la velocidad, la rentabilidad y el rendimiento de la misi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El demostrador&nbsp;Racer de&nbsp;Airbus Helicopters fue desarrollado en el marco del proyecto European Research Clean Sky 2, y vol\u00f3 durante unos 30 minutos, lo que permiti\u00f3 al equipo de ingenieros estudiar el comportamiento general de la aeronave. La campa\u00f1a de pruebas tomar\u00e1 dos a\u00f1os y tendr\u00e1 como objetivo abrir, de manera progresiva, la envolvente de vuelo de la aeronave para demostrar sus capacidades de alta velocidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruno Even, CEO de Airbus Helicopters anunci\u00f3: &#8220;Racer es el ejemplo perfecto de innovaci\u00f3n que se puede lograr cuando los socios europeos se unen. Este primer vuelo es un momento de orgullo para la compa\u00f1\u00eda y para nuestros socios en 13 pa\u00edses\u201d, y agreg\u00f3, &#8220;Espero ver a este pionero alcanzar su m\u00e1xima capacidad de velocidad y desarrollar el sistema de modo ecol\u00f3gico para la reducci\u00f3n del consumo de combustible\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dise\u00f1ado para llegar a una velocidad de crucero de m\u00e1s de 400 km\/h, el Racer tiene como objetivo lograr el equilibrio entre velocidad, rentabilidad y rendimiento. Asimismo, busca reducir su consumo de combustible hasta un 20 %, en comparaci\u00f3n con los helic\u00f3pteros de la generaci\u00f3n actual de su misma clase. Posee motores Safran y un sistema h\u00edbrido-el\u00e9ctrico de modo ecol\u00f3gico que permite que uno de los dos motores Aneto-1X se detenga al alcanzar su nivel de vuelo crucero. Esto contribuye a reducir las emisiones de CO2. Adem\u00e1s, tiene una arquitectura particular: su bajo ruido busca minimiza su huella ac\u00fastica operativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La configuraci\u00f3n aerodin\u00e1mica est\u00e1 validada por el demostrador de tecnolog\u00eda Airbus Helicopters X3 que, en 2013, rompi\u00f3 el r\u00e9cord de velocidad y super\u00f3 los l\u00edmites de un helic\u00f3ptero al alcanzar los 472 km\/h. El Racer tiene como meta acercar la f\u00f3rmula compuesta a una configuraci\u00f3n operativa y ofrecer mayores capacidades para ciertas misiones para las que la alta velocidad puede ser una ventaja real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Racer promete ser una innovaci\u00f3n en el sector de la industria a\u00e9rea y\u00a0el \u00e9xito en el mercado depender\u00e1 de su capacidad para cumplir con las expectativas de los clientes\u00a0y satisfacer las necesidades espec\u00edficas de las misiones a las que se destine.
